DCEO Downstate Small Business Stabilization Program
The Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity (DCEO) is offering grants to small businesses for up to $25,000 to support working capital expenses during the COVID-19 crisis. Sherman businesses interested in this program can complete the attached abbreviated application and return it to Village Hall. Once received, the applications will be reviewed and the Village will work directly with the businesses to help complete all the grant’s requirements.
